December 27, 2024I'm nearing the end of my time at Nova and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience overall. Over the course of my time here, I have seen them revitalize a large amount of things across the complex, ranging from the club house, main pool area, asphalt, landscaping, and parking. It is by no means a perfect apartment complex, but they arguably did a better job than most other places I've been to. I think most of the time, there's frustration among tenants regarding repair/maintenance requests, leasing ...office communication, general safety, pests, and neighbor disputes; I can honestly say I've never had much of an issue with any of these. The most annoying thing to me was probably adjusting to the new parking system when it was first introduced, but it has gotten a lot better over time. For the location and for the quality of the apartment itself, I think the pricing was relatively fair. November 30, 2024Although finding this place was relatively easy, once approved, which was insanely also, "fast & furious," could either sway, or disprove your ability to reside in this residence. I happen to make almost 100k a year, but mu credit after my divorce continues to placate me in any venture I follow, or attempt. My point is this, unless you have a MASSIVE amount of financial backing, you wont be able to afford this residence. Forget about having a pet, as this will cost you everything per month, ...and registration for said pet, is $400.00 down payment, are additionally, 35.00 every month. Concierge service; another fee of 25.00 a month for someone to take out trash. Enough said.Property Manager Responded

November 8, 2024overall nice complex with responsive maintenance and friendly front office staff. rent keeps increasing, probably like everywhere else - which should be a crime. location has sucked because of the endless construction and closures on 1604/10, has made it hard to enter and exit due to traffic. they pay for pet waste pickup which is incredible. unfortunately people throw their trash around, probably because they themselves are trash.Review from Apartments.com
