Smoke Shop and Gym Downstairs
November 24, 2024Nov. 2024 Review: I had originally signed for a second-floor room, but the odor from the smoke shop downstairs was unbearable. So, I switched to a third-floor room for a fee and escaped the smell. However, every morning at 6AM I could still hear the banging in the gym downstairs. The whole building shakes vigorously every morning. When you walk the hallways, make sure you look at the floor--it's bent and caved in because of the age and shaking. Also, the windows are poorly insulated and let in ...cold winds and the loud sounds from outside. I would not recommend this place despite the cheap rent.
