I have lived here for 3 months and my air has gone out over 7 times . They come fix it then it goes out 2 weeks later . I have an emotional support dog desalting with heat advisory weather in a house with no air conditioning! DO NOT MOVE HERE

Do not move into these apartments. No maintenance repairs done, constant hot water outages, and an uncomfortable feeling that someone is watching you. Be weary of the maintenance team around here. I felt unsafe and the leasing office did nothing to change any of this.

Constant Increases and Zero Upgrades I enjoy the comfort that I have had while living in my apartment. My issue is the constant increase of rent each year and not receiving anything for the increase. No inspections, no upgrade on faucets in the kitchen nor the upstairs bathroom, can't take a bath due to tub having paint chips peeling from the tub and wall and having to go elsewhere to wash and dry cloths. Also, due to other reasons the gate is always broken, and the pool is only for decoration ...

and isn't a pleasant site to view. I think an inspection needs to be done each time a lease renewal is done.

Maintenance on hanging vent The man said he had only been here at the complex for a couple of months, but he knew what he was doing and persisted until I was satisfied. He had a work order and I signed off on it, made a copy, and it took only about 10 or 15 minutes total.

When I came to the property to look over it I was very excited about the property landscape and WBA’s greeted with so much respect.But once I moved in it was like big pot hole in the front entrance no property landscape in a month call to reach out to the staff and never able to reach the office even via email they do t return your call. Just very unhappy with the choice I made so make sure you look at the unit you are to move because they only show the new unit and all the apartments have not ...

Don't stay here unless you don't care about gunshots every night and noise inconsiderate neighbors screaming, blasting music, or arguing in the middle of the night. Not to mention the office workers are no help at all.
