They were so helpful with the application process, explaining everything, and making the application and move in process a breeze. February 17, 2026Lots of crime!I have been extremely patient with Novi and the staff but it had gotten to a point of absolute chaos!Stolen items from our vechicle, a hit and run with extremely bad damage on my vechicle, stolen packages, and extremely rude neighbors!Novi can’t do a thing about any of this they do not care and have absolutely no cameras so if something gets stolen lost car damage anything then you are out of luck!I was told to complain constantly about the neighbors to build a paper trail I did for ...months and still nothing has changed they can’t do a single thing!No security or safety in this place and not safe for children my kids have been right next to me and we have been nearly hit multiple times from people speeding incredibly fast in garage!This place is for people who don’t care about rules and are fine living in filth and having crime around!Do not come if you want a safe clean family friendly place!If you want complete freedom then come if you want security then don’t!Property Manager Responded

February 16, 2026The staff was so great getting our applications submitted and us ready to move in. Able was a god send in this. He spent time emailing and talking to our ssvf housing coordinator to make sure this became a reality. Where we are renting made it very easy to get our things from the truck to our apartment. I also love how quiet it is here. In our old house you could hear the cars and traffic going by all the time. But, here everything is nice and quiet and peaceful.Property Manager Responded

January 24, 2026The apartments are nicely built and the pricing is competitive with the area. I have lived here for several years and like where I live. My only complaints is the quality of maintenance has dropped since I first moved in. It takes days or even weeks to get basic maintenance tickets taken care of. I’ve requested that a light bulb be replaced before going out of town. I came back over a week later and the ticket was still open and incomplete despite giving permission to enter. The other residents ...do not do a good job picking up after their dogs so there’s always animal waste on the sidewalks and grass.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026Staff here is amazing but the other tenant are not, people are extremely dirty and always making messes, extremely loud at all hours, speeding in the garages someone damaged my car just not a very safe place for families with young children due to my child almost being hit multiple times standing right next to me in the garage trying to go inside getting woken up at night from neighbors being loud etc.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026Apartment staff are very kinda and always willing to help, the apartment itself is extremely dirty and lots of people do not follow the rules of the complex with smelling weed, no dogs on leashes leaving trash everywhere to extremely noisy.
