January 4, 2026It's incredible to see how they steal an Amazon package, or any other package that is not at your door, I'm outraged that even in the parking lot it's so unsafe that you report something like you found your car open and how everything checked and the only thing they say is we can't do anything, anyway with what is lost in the Mailroom they never know anything or give answers or even a solution or check cameras, I don't understand how a Greystar property is so incompetent on the security issue. October 14, 2025Great place, quiet and love the views. Been here since February this year and I'm glad we chose The Novi as our new place. There's walking trails, lots of shopping near by, and you can also just hop on the Trax and go exploring.Property Manager Responded

October 10, 2025We are a small family who lives at Novi apartments and it’s really good place to live. We have the Trax crossing the street, the amenities are really good and never are crowded. The staff is always nice and helpful. We have a lot of parking. The only thing we wish we had is a playground for the kids.Property Manager Responded

October 7, 2025Novi Apartaments staff are absolutely caring, helping, knowledgeable, and kind. I felt at home the minute I came in to talk about their apartments. They were so warm and welcoming and showed me the clubhouse with all the amenities, and the apartment that would be my home. September 30, 2025My time here has been really good overall. From the start, I’ve felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff are kind and helpful, and I’ve never had a problem asking questions or getting support when I’ve needed it. That makes a big difference and is one of the main reasons my experience has been so positive. The atmosphere is also great. People are friendly and respectful, and there’s a good sense of community. Even small interactions, like saying hello in the hallway, help make the building feel ...inviting. It’s not always easy to find that in other places, so I really appreciate it here. The only thing I think could be better is the cleaning. For the most part, the building looks fine, but sometimes it doesn’t smell as fresh as it should. Even when everything else is going well, that one detail stands out. A fresh and clean-smelling space makes a big difference in how people feel, and I think giving a little more attention to that would make the experience even better.Property Manager Responded

September 4, 2025La experiencia en general ha sido buena, lo que me ha dejado un poco decepcionada ha sido el mantenimiento en la piscina, el verano es corto y era mi primer verano en este conjunto, pero la piscina en muchas ocasiones estuvo muy sucia, llena de pelo y mugre, y por mas que pedi que se limpiara pasaban los dias y seguia igual... Tambien la cerraron antes de acabar el verano y no la abrieron, los jacuzzis tambien estan cerrados, eso no me gusto de mi primer verano como residente.Property Manager Responded

We apologize about the times the pool/hot tubs have been closed, many of which, are times after large gatherings or when residents bring too many guests. We only allow up to 2 guests per resident, but sometimes things are abused. When the abuse happens, we do our very best to take swift action in addressing it with the resident, but also in getting the pool up-and-running as soon as possible!
