Ya'll, I was looking for an apartment and new to town. Novo's staff was awesome and knowledgeable and super friendly with all my questions! Made me feel welcome and wanted as a tenant. Can't wait to move in, it's so nice! The club house and gym are new and well equipped with the outdoor spaces around the pool, well...cool! All around I highly recommend checking them out. Thanks, and cannot wait to meet all my new neighbors.

The property is brand new, which is awesome, as well as very close to downtown. Ive seen news articles that they are redeveloping the mall nearby as well! Great location!

Terrible Apartments

New management sucks and does not care about the safety of the community and residents. Complaints made do not receive attention and don’t reach resolution. It is unsafe and no one should live here EVER. It’s terrible and barely been a complex a year!
