    Nuevo Atrisco is a very clean and appealing apartment to live at. I love the high ceilings and the appliances. Has security cameras and safety. I love the near by grocery stores and schools. The manager is very friendly and helpful, thank you Diane. Maintenance is always around and never have you waiting. Never had a problem living here.

  • Nuevo atrisco is a classy place with happy people.

    The reason I loved living at Nuevo atrisco is because of management. She is the happiest lady. And excited about the dog club owners that are getting a new dog park built. This place is the cleanest property I've seen. Right by a bust station so high gas prices are no problem. Just grab your electric bike and jump on the newest busses about one minute away. I like that the management encourages neighbors to get along by letting them exchange household items and some sealed foods at the ...
    gifting table. That is a fantastic idea. And I love how management is willing to let people move about if neighbors don't seem to get along. They work with you and when it's time to recertify they help you in the computer room . Very please with my decision to give the newest , newly built community a try.

Yes, the dog park is a truly wonderful addition to the community and we do really love all of our fluffy friends, if you do not stop in with your pet, please know that we also have treats for each one that stops into the office.     Terrible place to live at. If your looking for a place that feels like a home this is not the place. Living here feels like your some delinquent you will be watched all the time and worst part is that they make it almost impossible to have guest over due to the Ridiculous parking restrictions. Unbelievable how they think that two guest parking spaces will be sufficient for all the apartment complex. They will get every possible dollar out of you, this place does not care at all about their ...
    residents they will go inside your apartment as much as they can and give you trashy excuses. I’m really disappointed in my decision of moving here once they got you in forget about your privacy and be prepared to spend all your income to cover their ridiculous fees and forget about getting any sort of answers from management. They will clean off their hands by simply saying they have nothing to do with how things are ran they are the worst in providing any answers leaving you with issues caused by them and turning you away.

      Good day, This is disheartening to hear and I would love the opportunity to discuss this with you. I can say that the visitor parking issue has been resolved, initially we had FOUR parking spaces for visitors and just recently we added four more and four will be added later in the year. Regarding every possible dollar out of you, I am not sure what this is about, however the rents have not increased since move in on 09.24.2020. Regarding going into your homes, all residents are served with a notice of entry and we do complete a quarterly inspections in which the air filters are changed, this ensures that they are changed and the changing of the filters do help to reduce the electric usage for you as the resident. Regarding getting answers from management, please stop into the office to discuss, I cannot help unless I know what the issues are. It is my hope that I can help you with the situation. Manager Diane

    Don’t live here. Feels like you live in a jail. Being monitored your every move. Landlord constantly harassing you, cameras are in every corner of the apartment complex. Landlord turns off your key fobs for entry into your complex. Hall ways smell like trash constantly. You can’t have someone over for more than four hours. Or stay the night without landlord trying to have the added to your lease. Trash Shute on floor don’t work. Landlord locked the main dumpsters outside. You get fined for ...
    throwing trash in main dumpsters. But pay for water trash and sewer? This property is a laughing joke.

      Good Afternoon, I am saddened to hear you have had such a bad experience at our community. I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know that residents do not pay water, sewer, or trash as this is paid by the landlord. The only utility residents pay is their electric. I know it is frustrating the main dumpsters have locks on them, but reason the main dumpster has a lock on it is because it was a requirement of the City of Albuquerque, so we do ask residents to utilize the trash chutes located on every floor. We understand that at times the key fobs do not work and need to be re-programmed as always we are happy to address this if this occurs. Nuevo Atrisco does allow visitors on-site for residents and only ask that you meet them downstairs to let them into the building; of course we do have policies on how many days they can be on-site. Should you have any further questions or concerns we are happy to meet with you at our office.
