Great location and Nice Updates too
September 11, 2025A great location to call home. New paint on the exterior, repaired fencing, trees trimmed. A lot of interiors updates. Clean and relaxing to walk around. Updated flooring, newly painted rooms and newer fixtures. A four-minute drive to I30. A two-minute walk to the grocery store. The hospital is about the same distance. Local entertainment is less than a mile away. UTA is about a mile away too. Lots of job opportunity around here. A totally different atmosphere at Sawyer’s Mill!Review from Apartments.com

September 11, 2025Sawyers Mills has been such a great place to live! Since coming under new management, there have been so many positive updates that have really improved the community. The office is well-run, and the staff are always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The property is kept up nicely, and it feels like they truly care about the residents. The apartments are affordable, making them a great option for both families and students, and the location is very convenient.
