Such a sucky apartment, they want to charge you for anything and everything yet you can never get ahold of anyone . Not via email, phone, or in person ( office always seems to be closed) you can never reach management and maintenance is rude . Their communication sucks when you do get a hold of anyone. The parking lot is always dirty and there is not enough parking for visitors . Where do you expect people to park ? I would completely understand the towing system if you are a high end apartment ...
but not here. It’s good to have a roof over your head and if you can’t find somewhere else but i do not recommend it. It will not be a pleasant stay.

this place is the epitome of unprofessional and scammish I was approved for a 2 bd almost a month ago for the month of April, they were first prompt with calling and letting me know I was approved and to bring $1000 security deposit. but now this is my 3rd week calling trying to get a manager or someone in charge on the phone but they’re alwayssss in a meeting and leaves it to this timid young lady Selena that knows or portray like she don’t know what’s going on. And she went from it will be ...
available mid March to the first week in April, To they’re not sure when in April it will be available. Thankfully I’ve record every message and kept every receipt. Didn’t want to do their job. Lazy and aggressive tone. When they did finally answer the phone, they contrasted listed availability here and said they had nothing. When I asked about a waiting list they hung up on me.

Soy inquilina de este condominio,aquí no se resuelven las situaciones por parte del personal de la oficina. Empezando por Claudia,existen maltratos, mala comunicación, engaños, se hace la aplicación donde tienes que pagarla y no te dejan ver el apartamento hasta que seas aprobado.
Aun estoy esperando que en mi departamento me pongan las lámparas de techos en las habitaciones y la sala y todavía no me dan respuestas, que actualmente no tengo luz en dicho lugar. Donde se me dijo que las iban a ...
poner.Exactamente hoy a las 8:37 am me dirijo a la oficina para que me den información y no me abrieron la puerta, se me respondió por teléfono. Cada día es más mentira sobre mi situación, solo saben decir que el personal de construcción que se contrató para hacer los apartamentos no da la respuesta y ellos son los responsables, según la mánager del condominio le envía mensaje y no les responden.
Sigo esperando que resuelvan mi situación pero les advierto a todos los que estén interesados en este condominio como funciona este colectivo de trabajadoras, muy pésimo, no existe éticaaaaaaaaa.

these apartments complex are horrible they don't fix anything. They wouldn't let us see the apartment until we sign the lease. I was giving a apartments w holes in the walls on the bedroom doors. Counter top just painted over A/C dont work right when its real hot out side the rooms feel like an oven. Sliding glass door won't look. Its horrible living here.

I lived there for 3 years and it was the cleanest, safest and most comfortable place I have ever lived. The apartment community has excellent areas for dog walks and it is very close to a lot of great parks.
