Love living here
December 7, 2025I have a one bedroom here and I love it. It is a decent size for a one bed. The balcony is great to sit on no matter the weather. It is very pet friendly. Parking can be a little difficult, but the roads are always well maintained.Review from Apartments.com

September 11, 2025The apartments are in a good location to stores and places to eat in the area. Maintenance requests are generally answered in a timely manner even outside of business hours. Lot of Improvements!
September 10, 2025From when I moved in last October to now I have noticed a lot of changes being made. Dog poop all over the place is significantly less, the issue of random people using the pool // random people dumping a bunch of trash in the dumpster were taken more seriously now that we have an onsite manager, Sandi. You can genuinely tell that she cares about the people who live here. She’s assertive when needed but also kind and understanding when needed in my experience. My only complaint would be ...maintenance, it’s kinda hit or miss. Some of the techs are very kind and helpful while others can be dismissive and unhelpful. September 8, 2025I’ve had a really good experience living at Oak Court. The apartments are comfortable and well-kept, and the property itself is always clean and quiet. Maintenance has been quick to respond, and the office staff is friendly and easy to communicate with. I have felt safe here, and it has been a nice place to call home. Good Experience That Has Improved to Great This Year
August 1, 2025My family and I have really enjoyed our time living here over the last 5 years. There have been occasional issues that are typical with apartment living, i.e. noisy neighbors, facilities in need of updates, etc., but overall it has been a great experience. For example on the facilities, currently, the basketball hoop has been broken for a couple months, but although inconvenient, this does not influence our overall quality of life. As for the staff, there used to be issues contacting both ...maintenance (unless it was a true emergency, then they were very responsive) and the office (once I was forwarded to an answering service who said they couldn't take a message for me because it was typical business hours).
