Great place to live
January 14, 2025I’ve been living at Oak Enclave since June 2024, and I absolutely love it here! The place has such a welcoming vibe. August 18, 2024A lot of the apartments have mini roach problems. They keep jacking the rent every time they want to. The pool is always busy in the afternoon with random people that don’t even live here, they don’t enforce the rules at all. Security is a joke, random people pop in and out to use the pool like they live here, we pay 2400 for 2 bedrooms and half the time the pool is green with algae don’t be fooled by the pictures. The water is never blue instead it’s cloudy and dirty maintenance is a complete ...joke. I’ve seen worse places but for the amount of rent they charge they can do better. March 7, 2024Love this place , highly recommend, I’ve been living @ Oak Enclave since Nov 22 , literally no complaint , staff is amazing , friendly & efficiency. Maintenance responds quick to work orders. Amenities are up to date. January 16, 2024I lived here for 2 years. In my opinion- absolute nightmare horror show. Throw away everything you own after leaving. Every year your rent will go up $500 while conditions worsen.Property Manager Responded
