Not renewing lease here again!
August 9, 2022Not only do you have to pay for the laundry, water, sewer, but now they are charging $5 per guest of any age to come to the pool. On top of that $50 for gym key. Before you were able to Bring guest for free and now they are charging for it. I been here for years and was able to bring a guest to use the pool with no problem. Hungry for money! the rent multiplied too much now and half the apartments are not even full upgraded.Review from Apartments.com
Bad Administration
May 20, 2020This is a horrible collaboration of administrative personnel. They do no return calls or emails concerning anything. They will also not help you or qork with you if you become layed off or lose hours. They move straight to eviction. And if you do make arrangements to pay them back, it is typically a 3 week period in which they want it paid back by. And require you remain current while paying them back. They do not have an on site call service, you must be patched through from an outside service, ...and just hope to get a call back in the next 3-5 months. No recomiendo estos apartamentos
January 14, 2018No recomiendo estos apartamentos. Tienen una mala administración, los heat no sirven y son manipulados por ellos mismos. Los baños no están condicionado, y el área del loundry no funciona. En conclusión no es un lugar tan cómodo como aparentan.Property Manager Responded
