November 15, 2024Stay away from Oak Forest. It’s unsafe. Gunfire is a regular occurrence and local police know it as a hot spot for trouble. Management will never do anything about it.Review from Apartments.com

August 11, 2015The apartment was recently renovated to total electric and energy efficient appliances refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The complex is near Avondale Estates, the renovated Dekalb Farmers Market and renovated Kroger Supermarket. Accessible to North Dekalb Mall as well as Northlake Mall. There are several daycare centers and an atheletic field for youth sports such as baseball, football and soccer.
