Apartments are in a great location but management is impossible to get ahold of about anything. Maintenance is extremely slow even with the smallest things.

The apartments are subpar because they are not maintained by management. Work orders are not addressed. Black mold is an issue. Manager neglects to answer phone and does not answer messages.

I have lived here for going on my 4th year now. The apartments are nice but if something breaks, the office is impossible to get ahold of and when you do they often do not relay your work order to maintanance. Maintanance is WONDERFUL though when you get ahold of him. Love the apartments but wish communication was better.
