Not Worth it!!!!
May 17, 2024I have been here almost a year now and I’m debating on moving else where. They are now charging for extra things outside of the rent!!!! They don’t care about their tenants fr! Just like every other complex they are money hungry. The only way your issues get resolved is if the law is involved an even then they don’t help with anything. Washers and dryers are disgusting and cost too much! Everything here just cost to much for what is given because the units are small.Review from Apartments.com
RATS! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT
January 26, 2023This apartment is completely run downhill. The pictures will fool you, I am a previous tenant or 3 years. The apartment has had rats for the last 8 months. Someone came to place traps, supposedly found 2 dead, the next day there were tons more rat droppings on the floor. The apartment manager is rude and sarcastic, doesn’t care about tenants. March 14, 2022Just moved out of my apartment there. It’s not the place someone would want to stay for the price. Glad my lease finally came to an end. I steam cleaned the carpets and did other deep cleaning to my place before moving out. Also you will not get your security deposits back. You will clean and maintain your apartment the best way possible and in the end you will not get your end of the bargain. Just want to warn anyone who tries to stay here. Neighbors all smoke weed
September 20, 2020This place is great except for the neighbors. Almost everyone in the complex smokes weed and it comes into each apartment through the vents or through the doors that aren’t properly weather sealed. I don’t recommend this place to anyone with kids or that has a problem with their house and things smelling like bad marijuana. I don’t regret moving in, but I regret the extremely poor service when it comes to the responses from the management and security team. May 18, 2020Not my cup of tea. The neighbors above me smoke skunk weed everyday. The smell wafts into my apartment throughout the day. The walls are so thin that I can hear the neighbors beside me have violent arguments while their child can be heard sobbing in the background. People loudly stomp up and down the stairs at all hours in the night. If something breaks, don't worry maintenance will fix it in a month or two.
