Oak Grove is an absolute terrible place to live at my grandmother has been living in a bedbug infested apartment for over a year maintenance refuses to do anything maintenance and property managers changed hands more often than not. There’s always somebody new in the leasing office.
Pest control refuses to do anything about it
They currently have more problems than they know what to do with I would absolutely avoid coming here at all cost

Please don't live in Oak Grove Drive Apartments by Onewall because the Apartments are old and not suitable. Molds and peeling damaged walls. No Heat,No running hot water, grounds are kept dirty, no stable maintenance employees to repair things when damaged in the apartment because maintenance employees are temporarily staffing agency staffs. The employees in the leasing office never pick up the phone when you call and they are liars and unprofessional in every aspect. The maintenance employees ...
doesn't repaired anything despite of waiting one month for maintenance staff to show up at your apartment to repair things. Please don't live here and I regret bitterly and deeply living here as a person who is a tenant in one of this location apartment .

Seriously, if you think it's a great deal it's not. I've lived here for 3 years, people are very nice but the apartments are terrible. Extremely old, almost a 100 years, and it shows it. Old hinges still attached and painted over, cracks in the bathroom fixed with drywall tape, radiators are wobbly, windows leak, AC is a through the wall unit from 1980s and your electric bill will be over $200 because of it, carpet is so cheap that it wears out in 6 months, ceiling leaks, outlets are so outdated ...
that they spark when you plug things in, and so much more. Unfortunately, if you are just trying to survive, this place is for you. Use the AC sparingly, watch for electric faults and you'll be fine. Welcome to America....

Horrible place to live the staff makes it seem like they are very interested in having you as a new renter but once you sign your lease the could care less they are very unprofessional in the leasing office it takes about 2 weeks for maintenance to come . The paint in the apartment is poor and stripping . I wish I never lived there .

So we moved in this year and hated it from the start. We were evicted after less than a year. Its funny to me that they have the audacity to evict someone when they didn't have our home ready when we moved in. It took months to get working appliances and shelves in cabinets. We were late on rent so we were evicted. The office manager needs to evict her lazy drug addict maintenance as well as herself. We have had the maintenance enter our home multiple times smelling like marijuana. This place was ...

Alright where to begin.
Pros:
- Cheap
- Not too bad of a neighborhood
- Available Parking
- Maintenance is pretty fast.
- Water & heating included.
Cons
- BED BUGS. Currently having apartment treated for it. Sprayed twice but guess what I just found the other day.
- Apartment failed to notify me of bed bug inspection date, pushing it back a week. They didn't notify me the second date until I went to the office personally and demanded it. Still took them a hour to provide it. THey said they ...
planned on giving me the paper telling me to MOVE ALL MY FURNITURE AWAY FROM THE WALLS AND WASH ALL MY CLOTHING on monday, when inspection was on wednesday. Guess they thought I was unemployed and would have the time to move and bag everything in two evenings after work?
- Built in the 30's and shows it. Floor is raised around walls, even bathtub is slanted.
- Everything needs maintenance. I feel embarrassed calling the office so many times but things keep breaking. Sink nozzle broke. Kitchen fan broke after getting that fixed. Discovered ALL the doors were broken and would not properly shut except the bathroom which the lock doesnt work.
- Provided air conditioning in living room I was told should be enough to cool the entire apartment down if doors were left open. It's barely able to keep the living room cool on a hot day.
- Hallway into apartment was to be renovated 'soon' since I first moved in. It's only halfway done a year later. And it's NEVER cleaned, all walls freshly painted and now covered in smudges
- Office staff is rude and dismissive of troubles. First month in they charged me apartment late fee and sent an eviction notice because I mistook that rent to be on auto withdrawal. Charged me $200 pet deposit because i pet sit cats from time to time.
- Only one laundry machine for all apartments to share. Beware, my neighbor had a blanket stolen, chased them to their apartment building, and was told the police couldn't do anything about it because she didnt see the exact apartment (only 4 per building).
- Hope you don't use much electrical outlets because there's few and they're all in awkward locations. I literally have 8 extension cords running along the walls to make them usable.Also some lack a ground plug.
- Regular stench of weed in the neighborhood. Many people living on welfare just sitting on porches.

This place is the worst as far as apartments go. They won't repair anything & the parking in really inefficient. When they evict residents there belongings stay on the front lawn for more than 24 hrs . They closed down our entire street for 12 hrs for tree trimming leaving us nowhere to park at all.
