The apartment is clean and I love the uniqueness of the interior of my apartment. I have never had problems getting ahold of the office and when I have maintenance problems they are fixed quickly.

They take forever to plow (wait until AFTER the snow storms are done, then demand you move your car. I can't! I'M STUCK because you didn't plow DURING the storm).
