These apartments are a good place to live. The location is quiet and close to everything. The apartment is pretty big with a good size kitchen and dishwasher. No complaints here!

I really like living here! The neighborhood is quiet and the location is perfect. Close to the schools and close to places like the grocery store! The apartment is clean and I love the uniqueness of the interior of my apartment. I have never had problems getting ahold of the office and when I have maintenance problems they are fixed quickly.

I love living here. These are clean buildings, there's no trouble in the neighborhood, affordable, when u call the office someone always answers the phone, pleasant to deal with,quick to make repairs, the online portal makes paying rent more convenient, you can also leave messages for repairs.

Very quiet and safe neighborhood to live in. Near many schools in sartell and just minutes from the Mississippi River. Management and maintenance deals with any issues that may come about in a nice and timely manner.

I had questions regarding the website and how to navigate it and the lady I talked to sounded really annoyed and was very rude. I wanted to rent from them but honestly I just gave up and went somewhere else. They do everything online but in reality not everyone wants to do everything online.

I've lived in almost every apartment complex around the St. Cloud and Sartell areas in my last 15 years living here, and the communication from management here is the WORST! They take forever to plow (wait until AFTER the snow storms are done, then demand you move your car. I can't! I'M STUCK because you didn't plow DURING the storm).
Nice insides, nice tenants, bad rent pricing for what you get, especially the lack of communication from management.
They NEVER, EVER pick up their phone. Leave a ...
