July 29, 2024I really like living here! The neighborhood is quiet and the location is perfect. Close to the schools and close to places like the grocery store! The apartment is clean and I love the uniqueness of the interior of my apartment. Unhelpful and unfriendly management
July 5, 2023I had questions regarding the website and how to navigate it and the lady I talked to sounded really annoyed and was very rude. Horrible management communication
February 7, 2019I've lived in almost every apartment complex around the St. Cloud and Sartell areas in my last 15 years living here, and the communication from management here is the WORST! They take forever to plow (wait until AFTER the snow storms are done, then demand you move your car. I can't! I'M STUCK because you didn't plow DURING the storm). Nice insides, nice tenants, bad rent pricing for what you get, especially the lack of communication from management. They NEVER, EVER pick up their phone. Leave a ...voicemail?
