Nice, quite & clean

I lived here 5 years and had a great experience. 24hr emergency number is available. On site management office open 7 days per week. The pool and lawns are always kept. The area is quite with plenty of trees. Street parking is limited but a onsite parking spot is assigned to you with your unit. I lived in a 1 bedroom unit and was given 1 parking space.

We have lived in this place for nearly two years. The apartment wasnt ready for us on our move in date. We addressed the mild in one of our rooms and they suggested for us to clean it ourselves. Not until Ilour mold grew bigger is when they finally took action. Never accommodated us for it. Repairs would take weeks or months for them to do it. Our ceiling would leak from the a/c. We were just fed up with it. A lot of people have moved out and now theres 10 vacant apartments because of their lack ...
of service and all of the infestation... really bad place to live in. Dont move in here.
