May 17, 2017You get what you pay for really. It's probably not the worst place but a 2 star rating is "fair," and this place is poor. The landlord is terrible and unpersonable. She always acts like you're bothering her when you attempt to contact her on the off chance she answers the phone. The property manager is worse. After 3 years of on-time rent i had a rough 2 months and submitted my check a few days late and the manager literally made me beg to take off the excessive late fee. Landry machines are not ...worth using half the time. And im stuck here because its so cheap. Well im paying 20 bucks over what you're seeing as the one bed rent.
