August 6, 2016The building is dirty- I have seen two roaches in stairwells, called the management company, got a 'thank you for letting us know' then I found one in my very clean unit. I don't feel management is adequately addressing this and needs to be more aggressive in keeping the building clean.Review from Apartments.com

September 14, 2015For the price I'm paying I think my apartment is great. I've lived here for 6 months and I haven't had any problems with my apartment or the building. Under New Mgt!
September 9, 2015Let's rewind to September 2010, super excited to be an official tenant of Menard Condominium. I chose a two bed two bath unit with two levels , I thought the unit was perfect settled in and had nothing but amazing things to say about my home, how well manicured the landscape was, how impeccable the building was kept on a daily basis, how accommodating management was for any concerns! Now let's fast-forward to 2015, My family grew the lovely sounds of two sets of pitter patter feet. Yet over the ...course of time the environment changed slowly you started to notice imperfection in the landscape periodically, the upkeep of the building became phone calls to maintenances! Then the fun began all with in the past two years management changed the problems began, a rodent problem where Oaklawn villiage had to intervene, no heat last year during the coldest part of winter for roughly off & on two months Oaklawn villiage had to intervene security doors broken easily allowing access into the building , elevator always needing service, along with other incidents that just left a poor taste in your mouth! Sadly I decided to relocate due to these events but I really love the area so I'm hopeful to find something soon!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
