1. To many kids (at times counted 15 outside our front door) Our car has been dented in the hood where someone sat on it, It's been scratched deeply in 2 spots 2. Upstairs neighbors are pacers and heavy footed back n forth, back n forth constantly and at all hours 3. We're roped into the highest cable service in florida "Spectrum" and no deals or breaks even for basic services over 100.00/mnth. Appliances very very low grade stove don't broil or bake right, can't level a pot or pan on the ...
burners, Refrigerator still has broken plastic veggie drawer "I epoxy'd to reinforce to avert further damage" Can't level it wheels are broke so it's shimmed up with ? something ? Been here going on 2 years and previous owners cats still here and neighbors feed them but just dump food on sidewalk last count 6 cats now utilizing our front yard as their litter box, These are all minor repairs and or fixs, Just little irritants with exception of our vehicle damages

For a low income community residence it requires we pay out the nose in other areas as in Bright house/Spectrum did not find out till signing the lease that they have their monopoly set here with no discount at all to residences but its the only one we can have for (basic Tv, Internet) costing over 100 to $150.00 per month versus 40 to $60.00 via other services in area. Water bill is literally outrageous we quit using dish washer, laundry down to once a month for her's and once for mine. I try to ...
utilize out side sources for toilet use in am and prior to arriving back home so dont have to flush no more than necessary and bill this month states we're now using over 5,000 gal a month that's bull especially after reducing efforts, comparing it to for over 15 yrs in local area in a full size 3 bdrm 2 bath house we never went over 3,000 and at that time we were washing our vehicles, laundry almost once a week, some landscape watering and never thought about rationing the amount of times flushing a toilet etc, Some wasted usage can be put to the amount of water it takes trying to get hot water to flow, takes forever in the kitchen -- All these add up to extra funds being diverted away from ensuring rent paid on time as these are also necessities as the roof over our head
