May 26, 2024Love oak meadows, maintenance is always taken care of based on urgency. Heater was out in the winter and they were here to fix it as fast as humanly possible. Rent is affordable for the size of the apartments and the management is sincere when taking complaints. May 4, 2024My husband and I have lived at Oak Meadows for almost 3 years now. The management team is great and the maintenance is always quick to respond. I haven’t had any issues with my unit. No pests, appliances are great, ac is brand new and the model is upgraded. Good apartment, good price
May 1, 2024I've lived here for more than a year now. Pros: Great price, great location, amenities, valet trash, friendly staff and friendly residents. It's nice to have water, cable and internet bills rolled into one bill. They seem to fix things fairly quickly and they will do some major upgrades. Every now and then, they do raffles for TVs or Roombas. Cons: buildings are old, I'm quite sure that my downstairs neighbor can hear me walking around in my apartment, even though I try to be quiet. Pools could ...be cleaner. Also, I once had a few bugs in my apartment but they immediate sent a guy out to spray and take care of it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
