    I lived here for a few years, and overall, it was a good experience. The complex isn’t brand new, but maintenance was reliable and always followed through on repairs. Moving out was easy—I made sure to clean, follow the guidelines, and got almost all of my deposit back.

    Love oak meadows, maintenance is always taken care of based on urgency. Heater was out in the winter and they were here to fix it as fast as humanly possible. Rent is affordable for the size of the apartments and the management is sincere when taking complaints. Had issues moving in with initial fees with an ESA, otherwise all has been well.

    My husband and I have lived at Oak Meadows for almost 3 years now. The management team is great and the maintenance is always quick to respond. I haven’t had any issues with my unit. No pests, appliances are great, ac is brand new and the model is upgraded. Over all I would recommend oak meadows as a great affordable community with lots of support from management.

    I've lived here for more than a year now. Pros: Great price, great location, amenities, valet trash, friendly staff and friendly residents. It's nice to have water, cable and internet bills rolled into one bill. They seem to fix things fairly quickly and they will do some major upgrades. Every now and then, they do raffles for TVs or Roombas. Cons: buildings are old, I'm quite sure that my downstairs neighbor can hear me walking around in my apartment, even though I try to be quiet.     Since living here I have enjoyed how nice and clean the property is kept. Also love that there was a perfect place to walk or ride a bike right next to the apartments.

    Staff is on point and caring for the complex and was very easy to work with in setting up a lease. They're consistent and have pretty reasonable leasing options. Its definitely a good starting place if you need it.
