I Loved Living Here
May 22, 2022I lived here for two years, and just moved out. Really spacious apartment with lots of storage. My apartment had an awesome view. Huge courtyard in the middle of complex sets Oak Meadows apart from the rest. Best place ever for kids to play. They're working on the swimming pool right now for a big upgrade. Year round hot tub. Super dog friendly community, where you'll get to know some neighbors. Lots of dogs. The apartments are extremely well sounds proofed in my opinion. This is a great place to live.
March 28, 2020My family and I have lived here for almost three years now. It's a quiet clean property and all of our neighbors have been great people to live around. The office staff and the maintenance have always been very quick to respond to any question or concern we had. The office staff even hosts fun events that my kiddos and I have really enjoyed. If your looking for a quiet, family and dog friendly place to live you should check them out. The rental rates are very affordable and probably the ...best in the area for a three bedroom. Not a good place
August 14, 2015The apartments aren't to bad but the overall experience we had here sucked. First off the parking is not very good and you sometimes have to park out on the street. Second the management here sucks!! Let me repeat that the management here sucks. The are shady as well when we were trying to sell are lease, we found a lot of people wanting to move in. The office would take their application fee and tell them that they were either not eligible or would never get back to them. They probably made 200 ...dollars on app fees. When we finally moved they took all of our deposit and then sent us a bill for 200 dollars saying we left the place a wreck which was a total lie. We left the place very clean and in perfect shape in hopes of getting some of are deposit back. So if you want to live in a place with shady management that will low ball you every chance they get fell free to move in. P.S.
