After losing my condo I moved here because of the space, affordability, and location to my job. I've been here 6 years now. The maintenance and staff are very professional and courteous. The grounds are kept up very nice. My visitors always comment on how clean and quiet the subdivision is. The Oak Park police station is right around the block as well as the city park and recreation. The bedrooms are very spacious. My master bedroom can fit a queen, couch, chest, and dresser. Walking distance ...

This is a nice place overall to live..very convenient close...To all major freeways and just minutes from downtown Ferndale, royal oak , and Birmingham. The staff is very helpful and maintenance is also. Very clean and affordable. Nice size basements and nice open concept living room.
