August 26, 2025I was told in May that water, gas, garbage etc. would be 80 to 85 dollars, now it’s $148 a month! Otherwise, I have been satisfied with living here.Property Manager Responded

July 24, 2025I just moved in and I’m very impressed with Oak Park Place. Staff is always in the lobby during business hours and happy to help with any requests or maintenance in a very timely manner. Additionally the rooms are nearly soundproof with concrete ceilings that prevent any noise from other apartments. Very impressed!Review from Apartments.com

April 19, 2025I've been living here for 8 months now, and I love my place and love the area. I love that everything is walking distance. My biggest inconvenience is that I have gotten about 4 packages stolen from inside the premises and unfortunately I don't get reimbursement, nor have they been found after reaching out.
