Quiet community, friendly staff
February 27, 2023I lived here for three years. The community is quiet and Kathy in the front office is friendly and reasonable. Only two main issues arose in my three years: the community dryers stopped working for a bit due to gas line repairs and squirrels invaded the attic above my apartment. Otherwise it was a great place to spend three years, and at a lower price than most surrounding apartment communities.Review from Apartments.com

May 21, 2018The apartment manager is highly unprofessional. She will take your money and make you feel like number afterwards. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. It needs to be updated. It is competing with more updating properties but still is at the same price point. They will tour you in a nice apartment but unless you see your unit, stay away.Review from Apartments.com

August 17, 2017OH NO! I just found out that Monica is leaving us!!!!!!!! Now the repor on the property will never be the same because she was the only one that treated us with respect and concern. Very Friendly and Professional
October 21, 2016The Leasing girls name is Monica and she is very nice. She even went the extra mile to help my friend find a second chance community that would accept her. I moved in March of last year and every time I come in the office she is always the same. She always has a smile and is very helpful. When I call in a work order she tells me if they cant get to me today or they will. The manager Kathy is very strict and doesn't play any games with you either.
