Love everything about this place
August 29, 2018I absolutely love this apartment complex and the office staff are just the nicest and kindest people. I moved in October and the apartment was perfectly clean, new blinds on all the windows, new carpet and fresh paint. when the apartment upstairs flooded, they promptly came out the next day to assess the damage, and were out within a week to make repairs and paint not only my apartment, but all the others that were affected. They replaced my kitchen faucet within a few days when it was leaking, ...and the fridge had a broken seal and they replaced the whole thing with a brand new fridge within a week. I have 2 dogs that I walk thru the whole complex daily (which is super quiet and never any loud noise or people) and we often stop in the office to say hello and they always know us by name, know my dog’s names and ALWAYS have treats to give out. Most everyone picks up after their dogs, and there is not trash everywhere like other apartments I have lived at. I lived there for about a year (until I just found a house to rent) and I have not had any issues that weren’t quickly addressed and fixed. I would recommend this place to everyone and if I ever have to go back to an apartment, I am definitely going back to Oak Springs. I would give them more than 5 stars if that was an option. No maintenance.
October 22, 2015I live in this apt. I don't recommend this apt. I had electric problem and gabage disposal was not working. So I requested 4times from 3 month ago. But they never come for fix. When I ask about this to main office. Every time they said "we have emergency situation. Will send handman Asap" but still no body coming.Review from Apartments.com
Oak Springs
August 14, 2015Oaks Springs Apartments are descent, at least for how much you pay. I've lived there for two years and all the staff is the same from the day I moved in. The apartments are older though and on some parts of the outside it shows, like the pot holes. I like living there, but recently there was a burglary and that does worry me.Review from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015Oaks Springs is a nice place to live. We are right in the center of the city, without living downtown. The complex is a bit older but kept in great condition. Not all of the units are renovated, but I was lucky enough to get one and it's very modern. The office people are nice, they have their good and bad days, but Oak Springs has had the same employees, including maintenance, for many many years.
