I used to love living here. Since Olympic took over the building it’s continuously gotten worse. They don’t care about the tenants or their safety, all they care about is money. We had a shooting on site and they did nothing but fire the property manager. Nevermind getting the security cameras fixed.. That’s just ONE instance of their neglect and disregard for their tenants. Don’t ever move here.

Terrible service and lifestyle, the Olympic management company that took over a few years back destroyed this place. They've had more managers/front desk ladies than you can count because they wont stay working at this building or for this company. Its on a dead end street which over the past 10 years has had more crime then you'd want to live around. I lived here for years before Olympic took over this property and after giving them a year or two to figure things out, everything only got worse. ...

Remodeling is nice but the water gets shut off multiple times a week for "emergencies" (sometimes without notification), washer and dryers barely work, inconvenient repairs without necessary requirements for those with health issues or disabled, staff barely communicate with one another and will charge you for things that were paid for already. The list goes on.... All that glitters isn't gold. It may look better on the outside and some newer apartments, but the issues are worse than with prior ...

We have a plumber on-site one week per month for the reno units.  Due to age of the building there are many repairs and plumbing part replacements required and we provide notice when there's a requirement to shut off the water. Now, with the new manager, everything is cleaner and is new or remodeled. I love that they did work on the pool and that it was open this summer! The improvements keep popping up and they are really well done. The clubhouse is beautiful and cannot wait to have my kiddos party there.
