Terrible management company
May 29, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comTerrible service and lifestyle, the Olympic management company that took over a few years back destroyed this place. They've had more managers/front desk ladies than you can count because they wont stay working at this building or for this company. Its on a dead end street which over the past 10 years has had more crime then you'd want to live around. December 5, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comRemodeling is nice but the water gets shut off multiple times a week for "emergencies" (sometimes without notification), washer and dryers barely work, inconvenient repairs without necessary requirements for those with health issues or disabled, staff barely communicate with one another and will charge you for things that were paid for already. The list goes on.... All that glitters isn't gold. Due to age of the building there are many repairs and plumbing part replacements required and we provide notice when there's a requirement to shut off the water.
