Location: Super convenient! It is close to grocery stores, and great local restaurants , post office and Moody Air Force base.
Maintenance: The maintenance team is incredibly responsive. Whenever I submit a request, it's acknowledged and fixed it within (24) to (48) hours.
Amenities: The gym, pool, laundry room and dog walking areas are well-maintained and a huge plus. Pest control is also included.
Oak Terrace Apartments is a gated community with beautifully maintained grounds. Living here ...

Manager never responded. Took them 8 months to remove a tree that went through my roof into the kitchen. A/C was constantly broken.
Had to have a roller unit in the bedroom for months. Lived in numerous apartment complexes from SC to Atlanta. This was simply an awful experience.

I've lived in Valdosta for over 5 years and the best place I've lived in is Oak terrace! The apartment is cozy but feels like home. The management and staff is amazing, Brenda and her husband are always smiling and willing to help with any problems you may have. They keep the grounds looking beautiful and decorate for every holiday! If you are looking for a place to feel like home, oak terrace is the place for you!
