Worst property I lived in!
May 24, 2025Manager never responded. Took them 8 months to remove a tree that went through my roof into the kitchen. A/C was constantly broken. Had to have a roller unit in the bedroom for months. Lived in numerous apartment complexes from SC to Atlanta. This was simply an awful experience.Property Manager Responded
May 27, 2025I do apologize that you were not happy with your tenancy here at Oak Terrace Apartments. I don't know if this review was meant for another property, but if it was meant for us, I would like to address the discrepancy in your review when it was stated "Took them 8 months to remove a tree that went through my roof into the kitchen.' After Hurricane Helene our tree service was here the very next day. All trees that were leaning or on buildings were removed within 2 days of the storm. Also, when looking through the damage report sent to insurance, we never had a tree come through anyone's kitchen. Nor did I find the damage described in our 2023 insurance claim.

The management and staff is amazing, Brenda and her husband are always smiling and willing to help with any problems you may have.
