February 26, 2025If you have a bottom floor apartment you will absolutely hear the people living above you 24/7. Ny neighbors play loud music, you can hear every footstep above you and the buildings are old so the floors squeak. I’m writing this because I wish someone told me this before I moved in because if I had known I would have either gotten a second floor unit or found a different apartment complex.Review from Apartments.com
Minimal at best
November 4, 2023The apartments themselves aren’t bad. But the management, parking, and amenities are terrible. They will send you a notice of eviction if you break the any of there rules. But when you need something. You better hope it a serious concern or they won’t do anything about it. The send the same emails out on a monthly basis. “It has come to our attention” but they never actually do anything about the problem. Rust comes out of my shower when I turn it on. Privacy concerns and lack of accountability from office staff
February 13, 2023The apartment managers like to send out frivolous notices for parking etc. but do not give notice for things like maintenance work where those working can clearly look into your bathroom windows. A few days ago I called and spoke with Alex and he assured me my concerns would be addressed and that they should have given notice. Today (3 days later) no notice again.. with workers clearly able to look into bathrooms.. This is a privacy concern. This is not okay! I do not blame the maintenance ...workers, but I do blame the negligent office staff that could easily have given notice to residents.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
worse place ever
August 3, 2018This place is a nightmare. It's full of rodents, spiders, ants. Management is the worse, the only decent guy is Paul, but although I know he tries to help, his manager - Juels- doesn't allow him to do much. The gym is always hot, I once asked the manager to please turn the AC on, and she did for like 10 minutes, and then told me she had to turn it off WTH! They have a serious rat problem, and when I brought it to their attention, they pretend it's the first time anyone has ever said ...anything, but then when talking to other neighbors, they all say they've complaint too. My recommendation to the company, replace that manager, she's rude and awful, exterminate your rodent problem, and learn to appreciate your tenants. August 11, 2015I love the apartment complex its just the management my honest opinion need to be replace. When you ask for something she lags or forgets.
