I have not moved in yet but am familiar with the area and it is very convenient to most everywhere and everything. Nice safe neighborhood and lovely complex. The staff has been very helpful, especially Nataeja with assisting me with all the details and working with me because I am in another state right now. Looking forward to moving in late Aug.

Wow this is a diamond in the rough property sits right off 820 headed towards lake worth. Great amenities , beautiful pool and 24 hour gym access. Gated Community the floor plans are spacious and Cory the Leasing Specialist is awesome he has the best attitude and great customer service. What a major asset to this property. Please if you are looking for luxury, quiet community this is the place to call home.

They have a lot of fun and went out of their way to make me feel included and welcomed with a genuine desire to help, which put me at ease. My Maintenance requests are handled quickly and they take great care to ensure the common areas are well-maintained and clean. It's clear they take pride in their work and are committed to creating a great living experience.

*WARNING TO FUTURE TENANTS" The Apartments are great, very clean, modern, and well taken care of. The staff is nice and helpful as well. However this Saturday my car was towed for absolutely no reason. I parked in an open spot that wasn't handicap or designated as a assigned spot. I had to pay $317.53, to get my car back, and had to take an uber which cost $25.15 to pick up my car. I thought my vehicle would be safe, but I guess not. I will update this review and change it if I get financial ...

restitution for this situation. As of now once my lease is up I will no longer be a resident at Oak View Apartments. I will also not recommend or suggest this location to anyone. I missed a very important appointment because I didn't have a vehicle. I'm paranoid and dont trust that my car won't be repossessed again in the future either. It also created an unnecessary financial hardship.

I called this apartment and the number they have. I see the listing has been updated 6 days ago. When I called, they said their price went up. Now $200/$300 more than they are advertising now. They are also advertising the utility included. But When I called, they said that I have to pay more than $200 instead of free. This is absurd.

We moved in here in August we are so pleased with our apartment we had a few things that needed fixed we just told the staff and in no time at all maintenance was on it and fixed the problem.The staff is just so pleasant kind and professional always willing to help you with any thing.We have no problems with neighbors everyone is very friendly and its very quiet. We think its a great place to live and would recommend it to any one looking for a safe and pleasant place to live.

I moved from Houston,about 2 weeks ago due to a job transfer. All I can say Amy is a rock star. She help me through the whole process, electric and internet. After I moved in, I received a phone call, just to ask how my move was, and is the apartment everything that I expected. It was diffently one of the easiest moves. Thank you!

The ladies in the office were all very friendly and helpful while I was applying for my apartment and the leasing girl (Kirsten) even took the time to show me all the different locations to choose from and helped me decide on the best fit for my son & I. Had to call maintenance once because my toilet was clogged over the weekend (thanks to my toddler) and the guy was there within 30 minutes & had everything fixed and even cleaned up the water around the toilet before he left. This will be my daughter's first apartment and I wanted to make sure the apartment wasn't a slum or In a bad area. I can honestly say I am truly impressed with these apartments the property was a little messy but they are in construction and what they have up looks very nice. My daughter was so excited when we went to see the apartment and fell in love with it, especially because it has wood floors which is great because she has a dog.
