Great for the low rent and low deposit
July 22, 2015The apartment itself is great! Washer and dryer included in every unit which is rare in this area. Management is great very friendly and easy to reach out to and the landscaping is taken care of beautifully. The only drawback to this complex is the neighbors. Quite a few good ones but on the other hand there are a ton of children constantly running around the parking lot so my advice is to go slower than the posted 10mph speed limit because these kids do not pay attention and run out into the ...parking lot constantly. Seems to be no parental supervision of these kids no matter how much management comes out to correct the situation. Location is pretty decent only 2 minute drive to the I5 freeways and right off 99E in my opinion its a prime location if you commute to Portland or Eugene for work. Nothing but the best
August 13, 2015I've have been at my current apartment for over 2 years now and everything is exceptional. Management is great, maintenance is always on point and incredibly helpful with everything I need. It is in close proximity to everything needed (ie shopping, bus lines, freeways, food, etc.).
