terrible apartment. don’t reccomend

We received our one bedroom apartment extremely dirty and the apartment manager didn’t care at all. After viewing the apartment we asked the manager or the cleaning lady if we moved in if they could clean it up some more (floors were dirty, balcony and front door covered in spider webs and leaves and dirt, balcony floor was black, washing machine in the kitchen had tons of dirt and mildew in it) after moving in and realizing they didn’t clean it at all, we asked the manager to at least power ...
wash the balcony and she said they will in a month, we asked again in a month and she said they will in a couple months... and then they never did. had to scrub the balcony myself of the dirty left by the last tenant. the manager at this apartment doesn’t care at all about the residents complains.
