These are older apartments, when we moved in we had new carpet and the walls were freshly painted. If we have had an issue with an appliance or our A/C, the staff has been helpful and they were timely in sending out a maintenance person. Water is included in the rent and that is a plus to me! back is in disrepair, but White Oak has a lovely park just down the road with frisbee golf, a stocked pond and walking trail. For the most part, these apartments do not have washer and dryer hookups. The laundry room could stand to be updated and have new washers installed, but there is a newly updated laundromat just down the street with all new washers and it is a very nice facility. Over all, the neighbors are very friendly here and I would recommend this place to a friend.
