Wish there was a rating lower than poor
August 5, 2016DO NOT MOVE HERE. All of the units are infested with Mice. ALL OF THEM... The staff is very slow to respond. They are given instructions from the exterminator on what to do and they do not do what is recommended. So many things they do not fix maintenance staff is very slow to respond takes weeks for them to do anything. The worst property that I have encountered. I will be filling with landlord and tenant the condition of these units are crazy. The only solution to preventing the mice in the ...unit for them is stuffing the hole NOT permanently sealing it. I feel because these are low income housing they do not feel the need to maintain the units as well. This place is infested and it will never change until the management company gets on the job. No one should have to live in filth. Apt was not cable ready nothing on the fix list was done once i moved inthe base boards are soaked they will not replace. horrible place to live .Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 3, 2015Apt not ready when I moved in. Most everything broken and filthy. They recently changed laundry rm lock and didn't tell residents for 5 days. Noisy. Wood floors. Maintenance bursts in without notice.Review from Apartments.com
