No Place Like Home
November 13, 2024Been a resident here for years, management come and go. This current team is the absolute best. They keep our complex clean and well maintained. A maintenance request is usually solved same business day, apartments are older but very sturdy. Can't wait to get out of here
March 20, 2020This complex is ridiculous. They don't follow up on what they call you and they allow aggressive dogs when clearly the leases say no aggressive dogs. In addition to that with this coronavirus thing they are still making us pay the late charges when we're out of work and cannot possibly pay rent. When you try to talk to the office and you tell them something they ask you what your apartment number is but they don't write it down and then they don't follow through.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
October 31, 2019Bellevue at Pecan Grove has the WORST management. I have lived here for a little over 3 1/2 years. I have had my share of regular maintenance issues that I would expect to deal with on a time to time basis. The things you shouldn't have to deal with regularly are - A/C never works, hot water hardly ever gets hot, mold grows in the a/c vents, leaks that come out of no where, water smells and breezeways are so nasty. Sure you can submit a service request but, that takes at a minimum of THREE weeks, ...parts are never in stock and they forget to return to complete the issue. Previous management Teresa, was hands-on and helpful. What's in the office now, Yolanda the manager has no authority to make any decisions on her own. My rent has increased with other fees up to almost $200.00. I could understand living in a newer apartment with no issues paying a larger increase. The buildings are not secure, as they have foundation problems and shift often. Trash dumpsters are gross, the amenities are just disgusting! Nothing ever works! To get anything resolved you have to call corporate office to have them address any issues that you need taken care of. So if you want a over priced, non-working apartment.. this is your place to live. The only thing that is nice is that it's located inside of Pecan Grove. Management and Staff could care less to answer calls, or return them. Staff leaves office early so you have no chance of catching them. They have a ton of charges that they will increase on you as you renew with absolutely no incentives! I can't wait till my lease ENDS or even better they get a new team that actually cares about resident retention. I will never refer anyone to live here. All of these reviews that are on here are 100% true!!!!!!! They send automatic responses that say call the office, but in reality they could care less about any resident that lives here! Refuses to fix a/c
June 28, 2019Been here for 6 months and dealing with A/C problems for 3-4 months every week it get hot hot hot and if you live in Texas y’all know how that can be well imagine it’s colder in the shade out side than in your house and that’s what you have to deal with constantly. Not to say the electric bill for a small apt it 175.00- 215.00. That’s what happens when you live here. And it’s not professional at all just a disappointment every week to come home to a apt that’s is extremely hot and my dog has to ...go threw the pain of the situation with me. :(Property Manager Responded

Do not move here!
March 10, 2019I have lived here 7 years total. I have seen the apartments change hands 3 times. New management has come in and now this place is going down the tubes FAST! NO HOT water for 7 days so far out of a month. We all have to get up and shower. They want their rent on time and the full payment! They have NOT offered any compensation. It is NOT what it use to be. They refuse to give us the phone number to corporate. This place is a joke!Property Manager Responded

NEW MANAGEMENT RUINED THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX
March 2, 2019HORRIBLE. I am a current resident for 3 years and am appalled by the conditions the new management expects us to live by. The hot water as gone out over 6 times in the past month and lasts over 24 hours before the management does anything about it, not to mention the times when all water is out. I send requests for ETAs for repairs and get ignored until i threaten a lawsuit. Every post I have made, on the complexes community website, asking for ETAs or pointing out outages have been removed and ...most unanswered. The new manager Robert Holt is rude and uncaring as he continuously interrupted me and my girlfriend when expressing this issue and then hung up on me before offering any solution or compensation. I am not a lawyer but I know that hot water is an essential service to provide basic livable conditions yet at the moment we have no hot water, no idea of when repairs when be complete and no consideration of any kind. It's Home!
August 28, 2018We have lived here 7 years and have no desire to move. Why? Number 1. Because the management and staff take such good care of us and the property. They aren't 'slumlords'. They want our home to be as nice as they would live in. We turn in a maintenance request online and within a day it's done. If they can't fix it that day they let us know. No more 'honey-do's for my husband. Number 2. It's clean and pleasant. The management has rules and expects everyone to abide. It's for everyone's benefit. ...It makes us happy to hear our friends say "this is a really nice place." Number 3. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful with all the trees and grass. It's better than owning our own home because we don't have to do all the work. And it's sweetly located for shopping choices. It's close to the Katy/Bella Terra shopping center.
