I'm really sad to leave the Oakland Apartment. I've lived here for 9 years now. I live in 1 bedroom apt and I love the fact that the living- room and bedrooms are spacious and it includes 2 walk-in closets. besides, the location is great for transportation. it is less than 10 mins ride to Pentagon and Pentagon City metro stations and there are several buses that run very often. Most importantly, the management in this community are very urgent when it comes to any maintenance request and they ...

keep the environment clean and safe for the residences. in addition, the neighbors are very friendly, quite and honest. I have never lost any delivered packages. Thus, i highly recommend Oakland Apartments. I do not want to leave this community, yet i have to leave because of an affordable housing opportunity for me and my son.

I have lived here for almost three years and have really enjoyed my experience. You truly cannot beat the location itself. It takes about 4 minutes to reach 395. I lived at Oakland Apartments for a little over one year. The only reason for moving was I finally found a reasonably priced apartment in close proximity to my office. The staff at Oakland are fantastic, especially the Property Manager Zulyeka and the Assistant Property Manager Jesse. Both are extremely affable and benign, and always willing to assist residents whenever possible. The Columbia Pike neighborhood is a promising area, and isn't too far from the Pentagon/Crystal City or ...

Clarendon/Courthouse neighborhoods of Arlington. It doesn't have direct Metro line access, but there are multiple bus lines that can get you to many places in 20-25 minutes.

I’ve been here for 9plus yrs ,truly love the location,just minutes from Washington DC. The complex is very clean and quiet,the maintenance staff is courteous and helpful,Raquel is the most polite staff member I’ve seen.Would recommend for a first time person to live alone great atmosphere!!

I have been living here for a year and half and I plan to extend my lease even after this one ends. This is a great apartment complex! I have seen a few around Arlington at a similar price and Oakland is amazing in comparison! The manager and her team have been so cooperative with us and they are so much help!
