No Noise Resolution from Staff
December 31, 2024It has been over four years since the previous review here. I don't know if this community has changed for the worse with regards to being quiet, or if I have simply gotten unlucky. I have been living here for over two months, and while the location is good, and the staff is friendly, I have been consistently troubled by noise disturbances from my upstairs neighbors. The frequent banging and dog noises at all different of day have made it difficult to enjoy my home and get any consistent ...sleep. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the management staff, who have informed me that they have provided notice to the tenant, there has been no further action taken that I am aware of in the past month, and no future avenue for resolution has really been provided. The whole process on their end hasn't been very transparent, nor instilled much confidence. I had hoped for a more proactive approach to resolving this issue, but unfortunately, it seems that my concerns have not been adequately addressed. If you are sensitive to noise, I would recommend considering this before moving in. If you aren't, there are cheaper places nearby, and the expectation of a more pleasant environment is the only reason I didn't go with those. My previous rental experiences were significantly cheaper with fewer noise issues. For reference, I have had a hole put in my ceiling by an upstairs tenant at a previous complex that was right next to a university, and I would have given them a 4/5. I hope the management can find a solution soon, as I would love to enjoy my living space without the constant disruptions, would like to simply renew my lease instead of moving again, and would prefer to leave a positive review for the staff that I've enjoyed interactions with.Property Manager Responded

August 3, 2015Perfect for the up and coming. Upscale appliances, beautiful dark wood cabinets, each individual balcony has a nice view of the sun set or sun rise. This is a dog lovers heaven, any dog you have is welcome, the dog park is a nice fun spot for them to socialize and meet friends.
