the amenities are amazing, the pool was the reason I move in. There’s a lot of things to eat and do walking distance. Now the cleaning and keeping the place as great as it was the first year I moved in has change. It’s also the residents which don’t care about the place, the pool has no shade so it’s a little hard to stay long up there, the elevators always smell bad, the floor is dirty and it’s worse during the weekends, the lobby used to have an amazing smell when I moved in, not any more. cleaning in general is my big issue, plus my washer broke down, they tried to repaired and switch it with another one they had available which was dirty as hell. Inside and out, I had to spend hours cleaning the washer that probably was from another unit, while mine looked brand because I took care of it. Also the constant weed smell and smoking is starting to be annoying, it’s not the buildings fault. And there has been plenty of emails about that. I love the community events
