Worst property
October 3, 2020PLEASE BE AWARE DONT BE FOOLED BY THE GOOD REVIEWS THEY ARE NOT REAL THEY WILL CHANGE YOUR MONTHLY RENT AND ADD CHARGES YOUR NOT SUPPOSE TO PAY OR NOT ON YOUR LEASE. I been living in these apartments since November 2019 the old management was way better then the new management. this place is money hungry and will find every reason to get over and get money out of there residents i have been paying 5.99 a month for them to report to the credit bureau but nothing was reported when i called the ...office they said the fee was for my renters insurance which they make you purchase yourself. but the 5.99 was from the old management and was for rent plus. i have proof that i have been having renters insurance since i moved in so why do i pay 5.99 extra if i paying for my own. The management is very rude and only cares about money and not the residents. They charge for pest but doesn't come spray on a regular basis. after the first 24 hours your visitors have to pay $6.48 to park in visitor parking. I would not recommend anyone move here.trash cans are always filled. NEW MANAGEMENT ARE RUDE THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU NOTICES WHEN THINGS ARE HAPPENING IN THE APARTMENT THE OFFICE STAFF DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE RESIDENTS. THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK IF YOU HAVE A ISSUE. FPI AMAZING NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM
January 15, 2020This place is becoming better. The new management team are amazing and helpful! Of course, there are some bumps and bruises with any new owner but the new team seems to be adjusting really well. I cant wait to see the newly constructed units!
