    The apartment was good years ago before the new management company took over. Be prepared to never get to speak with anyone, have your calls unanswered, and take weeks for items to be fixed. One of the worst managed places in Sioux Falls.

    Loved my apartment at Oakmont. Quiet building, nice garage, and nice neighborhood. Only left because I moved out of state. Marie and Chuck are very responsive and things were always taken care of right away. Snow was always removed!!!
