I lived here for 3 years. The staff are fantasticcccc. My next door neighbor was amazing and sweet. Didn’t really have any real problems with bugs or ants or anything while I was there, the one time I got crickets during the monsoon they sprayed really quickly and handled it and it never happened again. Maintenance was AMAZING. front desk people were also AMAZING. the area is really nice and green and looking out my window made me feel less like I was in Phoenix since there’s usually always some ...

All in all, if you’re just a normal good tenant, pay your rent on time (they even let you pay in advance, in parts, online if you need to), and keep your space tidy, you’re likely to enjoy your time and also get mostly all of your deposit back. 10/10 place to live- you can’t always control what is around you, but you can feel at peace in your own home here.

False advertising!

The drive in gates and walk in gates do not close or lock as promised. This leads to a lot of tweakers. They come in and unplug the soda machines so they can charge their phones and go in the pool to take their baths and wash their clothes. Several people have had things stolen off their property. Who knows what else they’re doing. The gates haven’t worked for over a year and yet they still say it’s a gated community. The hot tub works every other month. The stray cats must number in the ...
hundreds by now. When you bring these problems up to the management all they say is “we don’t know what to do.” Stay away from this place until they get these problems fixed. I’ve been asked for money when I’m parking my car and had to kick several people out of laundry room who were looking for shelter. No joke – While I am writing this, a Tweaker came to the pool and started to take his socks and shoes off to jump in. I asked him if he lived here and he said no so I told him to leave immediately. This is not a place you want to live.

I have been living here for more than 3 years now. Prevoious management weren't stellar, but ever since Carrie took over everything has been great! Only problem I ever had was when my AC went out over night. I called first thing in the morning and the matinence manager Phil and his worker Josh came within an hour of me calling. Phil has always been professional, efficient and kind whenever I needed something done. They were able to fix my AC within 3 hours! I never had any other issues living ...

Great potential

This was my first apartment complex on living on my own. I had the original and new owners. I think the new owners are better. And take care of the property. While I like to see some of things promised quicker, there is still overall a great potential for growth. It's a great starter apartment. And the maintance team rock and are super friendly!

I've lived in this apartment complex for 2 years and once my lease is up, I'm out! I don't even care to see what the newly raised rent cost would be to stay there; I just can't stand the tweakers and shady complex. When I walk my dog I feel like I have to constantly be on edge and keeping my senses heightened due to the disturbing-looking people walking around at night or early in the morning. I'm one of the lucky ones who has not gotten their car broken into yet. Horrific water issues, no ...
wonder they include water in the rent, its shut off at least once a week and has been so much of an inconvenience not to have shower or sink access in your own place. The gates are closed for one week then the east gate will break and be open for 4 weeks, then closed for 2 weeks, then open for 6 weeks; either get a new gate or leave it open! The staff always looks at you with confused faces whenever you ask them a question and then when you call in, they answer the phone half of the time. Oh ya, and roaches like crazy! The grounds are kept nice...everything else: not so good. The pool turns green on a regular basis and they don't keep the tables or pool area clean. This is NOT a gated community as the gates have not worked for over a year. (False advertising!) Constant water problems. Staff make excuses for repairs that have not been made instead of taking ownership and fixing things. Dog poo and stray cats everywhere!

A nice place to live. I have lived hear almost 4 years it has beautiful landscaping, 2 pools, a hot tub, and 2 laundry facilities all are well maintained. The staff is pleasant although I haven't met the new owners of the property or had to deal with the staff since the property was sold last month so I don't know what's changed. This complex is reasonably priced but could use some renovations such as new cabinets and appliance and exercise facilities would be awesome. It is a quiet complex ...
