Has gone downhill fast, in the past year

I used to love it here, but, this place has had MULTIPLE managers since the "longer termers" left a few years ago. And the current one is the worst. Rude, gross, and unprofessional. The quality of residence has gone downhill. And for the current rent increases, there is MUCH better out there. You'll find availability here, because so many have been moving out. The only amenity is the pool, which is nice when cleaned, but, always filthy. There used to be grills around the community, but, ...
most have been removed. The dumpsters are always overfull, to where you often need to put bags on the ground along side the dumpster, until it's emptied. (Hint, garbage in the hot Florida sun does not smell great). They used to do lunches and cute bags of candy, etc around the holidays. That was eliminated. The gate to the pool is always broken, and the pool has non residents, who live neighboring communities, quite often.

The Oaks of Lakebridge is a great place to live. The property is beautiful, maintenance irequests are completed timely, and the manager is friendly and approachable, as well as going the extra mile to accommodate my requests in a timely manner. The area is super convenient to Publix, restaurants, hair salons and even a doggie bakery all within a block of the apartments. Great places around the property to walk the dog or ride bicycles.. My mom lived in this complex for almost 10 years, and we have been here for 5. The property is well maintained. The staff are super nice and the area is quiet and safe. Parking is never an issue. Maintenance requests are handled same day. The pool is beautiful and clean. Neighbors are friendly. It's an all around great place to live. I would 100% recommend The Oaks to anyone.

I relocated due to a job and did not really have the time to drive 3 plus hours and was running out of time as well. Was referred by someone that had lived here in which this person bought a house. This is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in! The staff is friendly, the maintenance people are prompt and fast, and my neighbors are absolutely awesome!
They go to great lengths to maintain and take care of this property and are in the process of upgrading all the apartments and have already given the outside of the apartments a fresh coat of paint and brand new roofs.
You'll find no complaints from this girl!

I could go on and on but this community has EVERYTHING one could want at an affordable price.
The biggest thing I can say I'd the management gets it right: They've created a sense of community. Residents here are happy and pleasant to one another, and at any time of the day you can find folks walking, enjoying the pool, or simply sitting on their porches greeting one another.
It's safe, convenient, beautiful and management will make sure you are taken care of when needed. 5 Stars!

I am handicapped and even though the apartments are not 100% handicapped accessible, the staff here has done everything to make it work. The location is convenient to a large shopping center, banks, drug store, fast food, restaurants and a park. And in my case, my doctor, dentist, eye doctor and therapist are all with 6 blocks.
The office personnel are friendly and always helpful. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue they are here within an hour to address the problem.
