Nice units, TERRIBLE management

The actual apartment itself is really nice, spacious, updated, etc. However, in the two years I lived here, we asked for maintenance to come several times (like probably close to 10) and they never came once to fix anything. They charge a ridiculous fee to have someone come over for literally 5 minutes to do a "move-out walk through" which I've always done on my own in previous apartments. Our bikes were stolen & the property did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue or compensate for their ...

This is by far the worst community of apartments that I lived in. 1) The maintenance here is crap. They take weeks sometimes even months to address and fix issues. My washer hasn't been working since 7 months despite me putting in requests for 5-6 times it still hasn't been fixed 2) There are rats, ants, etc. inside the apartment wreaking havoc with food and cabinets 3) The apartments are very old and the rent is overpriced for the facilities that they provide. The heat doesn't even work in ...

Really bad apartment. All windows and door are leaking and all the appliances are too old and consumes too much electricity, we are paying $300+ each month just for the electricity. Many complains we made but they even don't look at or even care to respond.
