July 25, 2025Don't move here i tell you they just don't care they have mice problems when you calls the rental office no one answers. They don't come and fix anything at all. You will be waiting for months after months been with out air for two months and been trying to call so they can come and fix things in my apartment nothing been fix yet. The only way you will hear from them is when you are late for your rent.Property Manager Responded

Apartment full of mice
October 7, 2024Don't move to this place, it's full of mice, and the staff doesn't pay attention to it. The pest control only puts out things with peanuts that the mice don't even eat. The glue traps don't work. I've asked for help and the staff is very arrogant. I can't wait to get out of here.Review from Apartments.com
Move Somewhere ELSE!!
May 25, 2024I strongly advise anyone considering moving here to drive past and seek residence elsewhere. The management company's lack of responsiveness and action towards resident concerns is nothing short of appalling. Despite numerous attempts to address issues, it seems as though our grievances fall on deaf ears. Attempting to reach anyone via phone is an exercise in futility, as no one ever seems to answer or return calls. This lack of communication only adds to the frustration and sense of neglect ...experienced by residents. As a result of these ongoing issues and the lack of accountability from the management, I am currently in the process of filing a formal complaint against the property. It's disheartening to have to take such measures, but the disregard for resident well-being and satisfaction leaves me with no other choice. AGAIN.... I implore anyone considering moving to The Oaks at Oxon Hill to reconsider. January 18, 2024The staff are incredibly rude, condescending, and uncaring. There are obvious organization and communication issues within their offices. Don't need the headaches
July 10, 2023I have been in these apartments for a total of three years or more, and seen it change hands in management companies with the same problems. The reason I chose these apartments is because it had a pool and have not been able to swim in it since moving in. I gave the other company a pass because it was really during Covid but i has seen community pools open all over Maryland and elsewhere. My laundry room area has been down to one dryer for months and now its down to one washer. My neighbors are ...complaining of air conditioning problems and just moved in. By the time we get to swim again, it will be winter and we are paying for these amenities. I wonder how much they factor in each month for broken pools and washing machines and dryers.Property Manager Responded

Roach & Mice Invested-Stay Away
November 1, 2021This by the worst place I’ve ever lived. The apartment was poorly kept up inside. When I moved in I put in multiple tickets to fix stuff and roaches was infested. pictures aren’t what it seems
July 1, 2021I’ve visited here multiple times to see friends and relatives. It’s not bad it’s just not what it’s portraying. They need a new paint job because the black paint(not orange) is chipping. They don’t have daily or at least weekly maintenance outside getting spider webs or making sure they outside is well kept to add to the reasons of someone wanting to stay. Not all bathrooms look like the picture. Actually I’ve never seen any bathroom like that. However the bathrooms aren’t bad at all unless the ...person who lives there makes it that way. Great Staff encounter
March 4, 2020I called the property last week to set up a time to tour and was greeted with a bit of an attitude. I spoke with a woman whose name I can’t quite remember but I know it started with an R. Yesterday I decided to tour against my better judgment and toured the community with Markeita. I walked in through the wrong door not realizing it was the management office. She immediately stood to greet me with a smile, and that made me feel extremely welcome. Although I did not lease because I have a 70-pound ...dog she was very helpful and gave great insight to the community and neighborhood as I am from Texas and have no clue about the area. The model apartment was very spacious and if the weight and breed restrictions change, I would apply with Ms. Markeita. Her personality was very warm and inviting.Property Manager Responded
