Little regard for disabled residents' accessibility needs

The staff has always been very friendly and they are the highlight of living in this complex. However. I lived in two different apartments in this complex. Both times I moved, I requested an accessible apartment. Neither time did I receive one. I am not wheelchair bound, so fortunately I was able to get out of my apartment most days, but I am unable to reliably go up and down stairs. multiple occasions and often felt unsafe getting in and out of my apartment. This was not aided by the handrails being broken and wobbly. The rent is not particularly competitive compared to nearby complexes, and finally, what little greenery this complex once had has been slowly torn up and replaced with piles of rocks (no, not gravel).
