Beautiful and Quiet!

These apartments are beautiful! The property is very pretty and well maintained. The units are spacious and very quiet. We love that they accept dogs. The location is great also - very close to all the shops in Chesterfield and close to I-94. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Nicole, the Office Manager, is always so kind and willing to help with anything we need. We highly recommend these apartments. Drive the property and you will see for yourself!

Definitely check this place for availability, for the price in the area, it is amazing. You have your own private entrance and the property is always kept so well. Drive around and take a look for yourself!
I have been here about 1.5 years and will stay until the housing market comes back down and I can purchase a nice home in the area.
Nicole is the office is great, so helpful and kind. Jerry in maintenance is friendly and great at his job!
Quiet and Clean

Oakview was always so clean and quiet when I lived there. I lived there for 2 years (2018-2020). All the staff were super friendly and helpful! It is apartment living, so the reviews about noise or thin walls, must not have lived an apartment before. It is not excessive and just part of living in an apartment. The owners really take care of their property and were always doing some type of improvement.

The apartments themselves look beautiful from the outside but the interiors are bland and outdated. My appliances were probably as old as the building itself which was built sometime in the early 1990s. When both my stove and eventual refrigerator broke I was given the run around and had to call the office multiple times to get the issue resolved. I understand that they need to trouble shoot issues but it should not take three weeks to get a properly working fridge. The complex is not very ...
friendly once you have moved in and do not like addressing issues. The lease only pertains to tenants and the complex does not need to follow their portion of the lease. Every Tuesday morning is grass cutting and it begins roughly at the first sight of day light sometimes 7am sharp. The carpeting at the complex were old and dry rotted and I had a stained toilet lid from the time I moved in. Very disgusting if you ask me. You have to pay extra for everything at Oakview from carports, to renting washer and dryer. If you have your own they up your rent as well. Pool was never open on time and remained closed all summer under the excuse of covid. There was no rent discount for the pool never being opened. People are constantly arguing and holding parties on the weekend but nothing ever gets addressed by the main office. Also very loud as jets constantly fly over from Selfridge, close to 23 & 94. Constantly hear police sirens in the middle of the night. Also very thin walls can hear your neighbors music or tv when it is not even set to a loud setting. Windows and doors are very drafty and do not have any seals remaining because "it is not a new build".Please avoid this complex.

I am a current resident at Oakview Square and I love it! The grounds are so well taken care of, simply beautiful! The owners definitely put money back into the property and it shows! Just this summer/fall I have seen new landscaping, new signs, painting of the buildings, asphalt, the list goes on. Management in the office, Nicole, is so helpful and so friendly anytime I have a question! I will be here for a while!

This place would be great if the neighbor's footsteps above me weren't so loud. It startles my baby awake and shakes my bed! The creaking sounds like he's about to crash through our ceiling any second! Not to mention he's awake night and day I don't know how or when he sleeps, he just paces on and off 24/7!

The office staff, especially Nicole, is very helpful and goes above and beyond to get you moved in efficiently! The grounds are very clean and well maintained. No issues and I have been here about 6 months, maintenance comes in a timely manner with any issue (only minor) that I have had. Would definitely recommend renting here.

I have lived here for over 2 years. Linda in the office is aways very pleasant. The owner personally came up to my back patio one day while riding through to pet my dog and introduce himself. They are very nice, warm welcoming and always have treated me fairly and with respect. I have never had any issues. They keep packages safe in the office and when you need something they are there for you. The maintenance team are very respectful and helpful. The landscaping is always kept precise, the pool ...
