The six Plex that I live in needs a lot of renovation done. I have been here 5 years now and nothing has ever been replaced in my permit except the refrigerator which apparently I earned one year for signing another lease. Besides that the management seems to change every year. The building is also not smoke free so I continue to struggle with my neighbors who chain smoke and make everything in my bedroom and my closet smell putrid. I feel like this apartment is not healthy for my son especially ...
