You will wait days for a response don’t even try the number they provide because it will almost always go to voicemail. the washing and drying machines are always broken and are junk, you’ll have to run multiple drys for a few items because the dryers barely work and the same goes for the washer except they’ll leave your clothes a sopping mess. i’ve asked and have been told i’d receive a key for my apartment yet never received one, you’ll have to ask where to meet the manager because they’ll most ...
likely not tell you where to meet them and there have been many times i’ve went to the wrong location due to poor communication. multiple other tenants have expressed A/C unit not working and heating being poor during the winter. Building has a strong odor of musk and they let dirty water sit in the washing machines for weeks (there’s no ventilation in the washing rooms) so odor is spread throughout the halls. no overhead lighting in any rooms except dining and pretty sure ants are living all within the building as i have some coming out the bathroom walls every now and again.
