July 5, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comLiving at Oakwood, as a graduate student, was the best of both worlds--close to ISU and a quiet apartment with an outdoor, small patio. I found it quite spacious and would clearly move back there again if I needed to return to Ames. Any maintenance requests were always completed within 24 hours if not the same day; and the Manager, Marty, was always quite helpful. As someone with extensive experience living in housing while attending universities it totally exceeded my expectation.
