I love where I stay
May 4, 2022I’ve been living here over an year and I love it. I’ve read the reviews and haven’t experienced anything bad. I had to come see for myself and it’s the opposite. The management is GREAT I love them and maintenance is always on time. They keep the grounds kept up, no extra noise, no hanging out etc. My apartment is nice and don’t have anything bad to say about it. Negative 10 Stars!! Stay Away!!
September 18, 2017I know all about this place. Avoid at all costs! Don't walk, RUN! Far far away! Don't believe me? Go ahead, you will be crying after you go postal from living there and dealing with very corrupt owners and management. Very bad juju around this place. People have been murdered and left laying right there in front of the apartment. Theft, Bed bugs and roaches galore! Once you sign that dotted line you are STUCK no matter what and you will suffer and pay them for your suffering. They will not even ...consider letting you out of a lease you just signed within a few days once you are moved in and realize there are roaches everywhere or your vehicle gets stolen. This might sound too outrageous to be true but it is no exaggeration. They will do you so wrong upon move out and charge you outrageous prices for things you had no clue they could even charge for. They will find a way to keep your deposit plus add charges like carpet cleaning even though they never have the carpets cleaned when people move out. NO STAR!!!! NEVER RENT HERE
September 17, 2015This is the worst maintained apartments of all time nobody should give these people their money. The won't return the full deposit because everything has to be replaced but all they do is get the appliances from vacant apartments....I have bad pest problems tons of wolf spiders and the have been laying eggs in my house I have also had lots of millipedes that are huge by the way, lizards, and even giant worms coming out from under my carpet. I HAVE PICTURES OF ALL AND MANAGEMENT DOSENT CARE. THE ...SPIDERS HAVE BITTWN MY KIDS AND I HAVE HAD TO TAKE THEM TO ARKANSAS CHILDRENS HOSPITAL. OUR KIDS ARE NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO PLAY OUTSIDE !!!!!!! Manager is very rude!
September 9, 2015Applied for apartment, the manager said she couldn't count my social security as income or childcare as income because babysitting is not a real job! I told her I was told by her employer those would count, She said she was the manager it didn't matter what anybody else said. I was then told she was on her lunch break, that should would have to call back. She never returned the call, when I called back and asked for the owner, nobody in the office would give out that information. I've heard that ...they assure you an apartment, then ask for the one time fee known you would be denied but I didn't believe until it happen to us.
