August 8, 2025This community is a wonderful place to live. The apartments offer great features like a private patio or balcony and a washer and dryer in every unit. The inclusion of a reserved carport and a flat rate for water, sewer, and garbage are also fantastic benefits. Residents have access to excellent community amenities, including a 24-hour fitness center and a seasonal pool. August 7, 2025I’ve lived here for 13 years. I lived in two apartments. I lived in apartment 76 for about 6 years and then I transferred to the newer section of the apartments and love it. February 12, 2025My wife and I visited Oakwood Apartments last week on our apartment search. We were in Spokane Valley touring some other complexes and stumbled upon Oakwood. We weren't sure if they'd be willing to take us on a tour on such short notice, but management was more than happy to accommodate us. Management was extremely friendly, very professional, and was able to answer every question that we had about the complex and amenities. July 25, 2024I’ve lived here little over a year & absolutely love it!! Quiet & very kid friendly! Super reasonable pricing for rent & always there when you have a problem. Highly recommend living here. Little story my apartment flooded a couple months after I moved in Rebecca and Tim had maintenance on it fast!!! Great first apartment experience
July 22, 2024Oakwood Club is my first apartment after moving out of my parents place. The management has been nothing but nice, and maintenence has been prompt. The complex is kept clean, and there have been many improvements to the complex in the months that I have been here. I am in one of the older units, and can only complain about luxuries that you cannot get at this price. July 22, 2024Of the apartments I've lived in, I've found Oakwood Club to be the most reliable and consistent. I always know what to expect and there is a good deal of peace of mind in that. The grounds and buildings are well-maintained, residents are all held to an equal standard.
